6’1” 190 ordered large and fit good. Tight fit in arms but great feel. I would order again. I have long arms and a large tall would even fit better.

I like to order mediums for long sleeve just so I get a slimmer fit and can roll the sleeves up. This thing was airtight. I barely managed to get it on and it was actually so tight that when I flexed I got a bruise from it. Gave it to my friend who is a foot shorter than me
