The Anker Solix C1000 is an excellent portable power station that exceeded my expectations. With a capacity of 1024 Wh, it provided ample power for a wide range of devices during my camping trip. I was impressed by how quickly it charged my phone, laptop, and camera, even running a small fan and lights simultaneously without any issues. The Solix C1000 boasts a variety of outlets, including USB-A and USB-C ports, AC outlets, and a car socket, making it versatile for different devices. Received this bundle in timely manner in two packages. They were both extremely well packaged. I haven't used the solar panel yet but look forward to using it. The solar panel in the bundle contained the necessary solar connection cable for the Anker Solix C 1000 and everything documented as being with the solar panel was present. Everything else listed was in the Anker Solix c 1000 box to charge it and to connect solar panels as described. The Anker Solix C 1000 charged quickly and has been working well when I'm testing it . I don't have long- term use information yet. I will edit if anything changes with the quality of the solar power station which I don't anticipate. I'm quite impressed with it so far. The size and handles make it easy to move from one location to another. I plan to use this possibly with longer term off -grid camping and with power outages I don't want to connect to a duel fuel generator. It did work with our refrigerator when testing. It does not show the wattage if something is below 20 watts when charging so don't be concerned about not seeing how much power is being utilized and how much time is available to charge something at the lower wattage. The seller was very responsive in a timely manner prior to my ordering this and after ordering with questions I had. I was readily provided with a tracking number for the solar panel in the bundle as only one tracking number shows when a bundle is ordered. I've had good experiences with Anker power banks so wanted to try this device instead of another brand that was heavier or had more negative reviews about customer service.

This is the best solution for power while camping. We ran lights in a cabin all evening. Then ran a microwave in the morning for breakfast, and only 28% of the battery was used. I plugged in the solar panels after breakfast, and it was fully charged by lunch. No noise, no gas cans, just power. Then just connect the solar panels during the day and recharge. Anker customer service is the best. Anker offers a 30-day price match. I purchased this a few days before a $50 price reduction. I contacted them and provided my invoice. I was refunded the $50 immediately. This is the 3rd Anker product I own and have not been disappointed by any of them.

I have four of these, and I can't say enough good about them. Two of them are being used in a UPS-type role in my home for sensitive electronic equipment. The other two are used for mobile power needs. Tailgating and camping so far. My absolutely favorite feature is the LED light. It's so helpful as the days are getting shorter, and it's a nice addition that other companies should be putting onto their similar product. I haven't used the solar panel to charge yet so I can't speak to that but the C1000 is so handy, I wish I had gotten them far sooner than I did. Catch them on sale and get yourself one and see what I mean. As my Dad would say, handy as a pocket on a T-shirt.

I needed a simple and robust power system for my sailboat. I didn’t want to do a fully custom job, so I ordered one of these. It charges super fast, can support my Starlink, boiling water and charging my laptop and phone. I couldn’t be happier. It’s nice that it’s so portable. I can stick it in my van and take it on the road. The app that comes with the power bank works nicely. I wish it had a little more information but displays what I need. I’d absolutely recommend this power bank

Glad I got this for hurricane season. Quick charging and powers the essentials. Solar panels make it even easier and better without the power. Great for camping aw well.

UPDATE: I’ve been in contact with Anker SOLIX and they sent me out a complete new system (including the PS100 solar panel) to replace the defective C1000. I’ll be sending the old one back. Hopefully their R&D team can identify what went wrong with my unit and make improvements to future designs. I’m happy with the customer service team’s professionalism and rapid response. Overall, the battery unit still works on the old C1000, but the stuck cable was a minor inconvenience. ORIGINAL POST: I thought this initially was a good purchase, but then the 12v recharge cable got stuck in the battery box. Everything worked fine for about 6 months, but after a long road trip and attempting to recharge it with the provided cable, the 12v recharging cable is now a permanent fixture to the battery box and tech support offered no real solutions to remedy the problem. It probably got too hot and melted the plastic pieces together, but who knows. I can no longer use the solar panels I bought with the unit because of this problem.
