I loved the idea of this felt board, but I am disappointed! With something like this, I expect the lines to be level and straight. You can especially tell that the lines are not straight since it is such a geometrical piece. I am truly considering returning and going with a different company for this reason alone. You can't mess something like that up!**UPDATED: After submitting my first review (see above), Northwell reached out to me and offered to send me a new letter board in which they would be sure to inspect for quality in exchange for an updated review. They sent the letter board out to me the following day and it is perfect! I still love the unique shape, and I appreciate that Northwell values their customers and were eager to make the purchase right.**

We love that our letter board isn’t the standard square. The letter board came in perfect condition and arrived with its stand scissors and little bag to hold the letters. It is a bit tedious to take the letters off the plastic they are attached to but that would happen with any letter board order. The size is perfect to catch the attention of guests but not to over bearing to take over a room. We love ours

UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out to me personally and profusely apologized for Amazon sending me a used product. The company sent me out a replacement immediately, free of charge. This is a 100% satisfied customer!The concept is super cute, but as you can see by the image, the item we received was clearly used. Several letters were all ready cut off and after 30 minutes of checking all the characters, there were still a few missing. Had to order a replacement. What a hassle!

Things I did not like were the letters cracked and broke easy , I broke every single “Y” with the scissors they provided, maybe try using a razor blade? The stand had issues too, It would only tighten so tight. When I would put the hexagon letter board on the stand it would fall flat. The stand worked best with the letter board on it if there was a wall behind it. Things I loved about this letter board were the grey background and the hexagon shape. With many people using letter boards this is definitely one way to stand out!

Very disappointing, I purchased this an shipped it to myself overseas only to find out it is crooked! The lines are not level leaving the words/letting climbing upwards as you move to the right. This is unacceptable quality! How can you get this to wrong? Now its going to cost me so much to ship it back after I spent extra money to get it shipped all the way here. What a waste of time and money! Looking at the previous bad reviews, this seems to be a common problem.

Overall, I love this product!! Super cute and gives enough room to write just about anything. Stays up pretty well on the stand provided. I seen that others had issues with the scissors that were provided, initially I did myself but I found out that you can’t cut with the tip of the scissors and it’s more effective to cut towards the back of them. Only two complaints that I personally have is the stand was a slightly different color(more yellow) from the wood used on the board(more of a red hue) but in reality you don’t notice it much and there was also some yellow discoloring spots on the board, which bugged me more than anything. There not big issues, but maybe something to look into to. I still love the product regardless.

It is SO cute!! I love the modern feel Plus it comes with letters, stand, and scissors! Just need to get a box for the letters now!

I ordered an older version of this adorable board a year or so ago and encountered some damage a few months ago (my fault). I can't say enough about their customer service - my board was replaced with the new, improved version at no cost, including all new letters and a new stand they developed. I'm so happy with it and really appreciate the kindness and quick response by the owners. Thanks again!
