Throughout all my life I was always connected to an unknown force. When I was little and throughout most of my life I called it God. This force gave me direction, guidance, wisdom, and love. I have read and studied the previous editions, but this edition is the epitomy of Barbara and Dimitri's foundational book on the aura. All the additional material really adds greater dimention and color to help us understand, sense and work with our aura in every moment of our lives. I cannot see the aura, but with practice of the meditations detailed in the book, I can visualize the colors and focus my thoughts and energy. This book stays on my coffee table and I refer to it often. Even my kids have picked it up and read it at times. Barbara and Dimitri's wisdom shines throughout the book, and this book will become a timeless treasure !

The one big thing about this book is that it gives clear instructions and it is easy to read. No more metaphors and cryptic sentences that you find in most spiritual books. This book is also full of esoteric truths. It has helped me immensely in handling with my emotions and the meditations in the book are easy to follow. I also recommend looking into the author's other books. I have all of them!

I purchased the original version of this book over 16 years ago...I followed the meditation technique like a manual, put to practice the light I received as instructed, and realized extraordinary benefits that have grown geometrically in my mind, emotions, consciousness, relationships, finances, career, every aspect of my life. It is amazing that Barbara Y. Martin and Dimitri Moraitis added more to this already phenomenal book, this 25th anniversary book is beautiful and is bound in love, devotion to God, and selfless service to humanity. I discovered this book because it showed up as an Amazon recommendation for me. I'm still reading it but thus far I am enjoying the info.

The Change your aura book is a great guide to understand all the processes of meditation and what Divine Light Meditation truly offers to your life, once you apply the techniques with discipline and dedication.I didn’t know there is a division responsible for our talents in our aura, and by meditating with Divine Light, our talents can truly flourish.With my meditations I have done great strides in supporting my talent which I was even unaware of before doing this work.My life is more balanced, I am more strong in my decisions and I see life from a very full filled perspective than even before.

I wore out my first copy and excited for the new edition with additional insights. It covers everything.
