You have the option of 1 scoop @ 200 calories they call a serving. You have 24 of those. Or you could use 2 scoops for a 400 calorie meal which would use the product much quicker. So in answers to answers, of course you want oil in your shake, and a choice of canola is just lazy. There's not enough Omega-3 is their formulation to support a thick oil like canola without a large volume of surfactants (gums, etc), so why not just add back the soy oil? The powder is okay tasting but I was disappointed that it doesn't more closely resemble the flavor of the pre-made product. The powder makes great emergency rations. Get the pouches instead of the tub, they are cheaper per serving and 1 day's food each pouch.
