This mixer/blender has by far, exceeded my expectations! The blender body is excellent quality and solid built. The variety of attachments is wonderful. I use the frother almost daily in mixing my protein and collagen drinks. It's the only one I've had that fully dissolves the powders. The sheer power of this thing is just, WOW!!! The seller was amazing, the item arrived in a timely manner, and the blender is perfect. I'm so happy I chose this one after having had a horrible experience with my first attempted blender purchase.I had previously purchased a different brand (new), mind you, and was sent an open box, beat up item that was missing pieces even though all of the reviews claimed it was a great product and seller. To that, I say, be very careful with the reviews you trust.This seller is a solid and safe choice!!!

My other handheld blender died, and so I decided to give this one a shot bc of the power, 4 blades, and the included chop cup, and it absolutely did not disappoint! I had no idea how poorly my last blender performed until took this bad boy for a spin!But the chop cup is the real MVP, bc of how the blades are angled. No more missing big chunks and having to shake it around to catch it all. This has made prepping baby food a breeze! Thank you!

I need more protein so I bought this to help get rid of those nasty curds in cottage cheese, and this thing is freaking amazing... I can't believe I tried to get these results by hand at first (absolutely no way)! I didn't realize how many functions it has with all the other great attachments, and am so happy to now be able to get rid of some of my other appliances that I now no longer need due to this gem! And, cleanup is such a breeze... WooHoo!!!

I was looking for just an immersion blender, but came across this product which has multiple other attachments as well. This is larger than what I was expecting, more like commercial grade. All attachments work great & easy. They are all easy to clean, especially with a dishwasher. I would not recommend putting the top of the chopper into the dishwasher though, as it takes on water. My handheld machine stopped working on the adjustable mode, & only on turbo mode. I contacted customer service & received a replacement in less than a week! Great service!

We bought our first 2 immersion/stick blenders, Cuisinarts, well over a decade ago. They stopped working in a rather short time. Then we switched to KitchenAid. THAT stick blender lasted for years and years and years and finally gave out last week.So I checked out Kitchenaid immersion blenders first, hoping to buy the same model, which was still on Amazon, but now there are a number of reviews saying these blenders are inferior to what they used to be. Then I read a lot of other immersion blender reviews, but nothing really appealed to me until Ganiza, and its high power level, the fact that it was all stainless steel and could be easily kept clean (previous plastic ones were difficult), and the design of the blender were impressive.Now that we have actually tried this blender, I like it even more. It is a bit heavier than the previous ones we had, but with so many power levels to choose from, blending tasks take less time, so you don't have to be holding it very long. Presumably, "Turbo" makes it even faster.Here are a few specifics:(1) The "bell" containing the 4-blade mixer part is wider than on our previous blenders: 3" (See photo).(2) The part at the other end of that same shaft, where it fits on to the motor part, is also of steel, so it is very strong. (The fact that it requires a bit of strength to couple and uncouple them might be a "con" for some users, but I think it is worth putting up with, considering all the other great features.)Please note that, as you can see in the other photo, there are two little curved "cut-outs" in this part. These should go under the two buttons, one one either side, of the motor shaft, which then hold the lower part very securely. Line up the "cut-outs" and buttons and push until things click. Note that when you want to remove the lower shaft to wash it, you have to push and hold BOTH buttons while pulling on the shaft; otherwise, it won't let go.(3) The various speeds are on a dial on the flat top of the motor section. I was puzzled as to how to "select" the speeds until I discovered a tiny pointed "lip" sticking out from the top of the movable gold band that surrounds the dial. If you enlarge the picture on the Amazon page for this product, you can clearly see this pointed feature right in the middle of the edge of the gold band. This band moves around so easily that you can even change the speed with a finger while blending.(4) There is a gold-surrounded oval containing two buttons: the top one, which must be held down all the time you are doing blending, and the "Turbo" button below it. I tried both and neither one did anything scary, even the higher speeds. All went smoothly. The minute you take pressure off the upper button, the blender stops.(5) A manual comes with these products, and you should read it. According to Note 13 on p.1, you cannot use this blender to chop ice or any hard and dry substances, for fear of blunting the blades. I have tried to cover a few things here that I wished had been more specifically explained in the manual, and I will mention one statement, at the top of p.6, that unnecessarily scared me for a moment:"Step 1: Insert the hand blender into the socket. When the switch is not pressed, the machine will be in the state of POWER FAILURE." (my caps.) All that this means is, that to shut off the machine, you only need to stop pressing the upper button that I mentioned above. It does not indicate that "Something has broken."I have not yet tried the rest of the things that come with this product, and of course, only time will tell its longevity, but it does seem extremely well-designed and carefully made.
