I purchased this product thinking it was a genuine Japanese shampoo especially because of the Japanese writin cherry blossom design and the term “Sakura Amino” However after checking the ingredients list I realized it contains Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate (ALS) and Methylisothiazolinone, both known to be harsh and irritating especially for sensitive scalps or color-treated hair It’s very disappointing that the product uses Japanese branding to mislead customers while it is clearly made elsewhere and doesn’t meet the gentle formulation standards of actual Japanese brands like Shiseido or Kracie Be careful if you’re looking for sulfate free or sensitive hair friendly shampoo This is not it I won’t repurchase

Earlier, I made a mistake in my review due to confusion. I thought I ordered shampoo only, but then after it arrived, I noted conditioner was included lol great product
