Dark Brown Faux Leather Queen Size Bed Headboard

I think this is a great bed and a great value. I read most of the reviews and was amazed at people who didn't understand what they were getting. I think most reviews were pretty clear that this is a headboard AND footboard. And that a normal bed frame won''t allow you to attach both pieces. I purchased the bed along with a bed frame extension (about $30). This allowed me to use the frame I already had which was at least 15 years old. I simply attached the extension with a couple of the bolts that are provided at no additional cost. Once that was attached it was pretty easy to attach both the headboard AND the footboard onto the frame. My box spring and mattress fit right in and I was done! The bed looks great and is very sturdy. It took a total of about 90 minutes to complete by myself. I can turn a wrench and use a hammer but I'm certainly no carpenter yet I was able to assemble everything pretty easily. This is a nice looking and sturdy bed and I thought it was a pretty good deal. It was shipped to my front door within about 10 days of my order. I would recommend to anyone looking for style on a budget. Just make sure you order the frame extension unless your current frame will work. I think the majority of bed frames aren't long enough and you'll need the extension but again.......I'm no carpenter!

I ordered this headboard and foot board almost four weeks ago today! It looked nice in picture but I was very disappointed once I received it! You should be able to view the two products without them being assembled! There is definitely NO STURDY support at the bottom of the head board nor the foot board, a two step stool has more support, small example! And while attempting to assemble the headboard one of the holes on the support rail and head board was off by inches therefore I was unable to put it together. I then proceeded to call Amazon.com Customer service and they said I had to go directly to the vendor. I left the first message for ATMOMEMART on 9-5-10 and then another on 9-7-10 and no response just an answering machine. I then e-mailed the customer service department directly with ATHOMEMART and finally received a response this past week which is now almost the end of September 2010! And to top it all off I have to pay a 20% RESTOCKING FEE for a product which was inappropriately manufactured and also pay the shipping fee again which was $85.00. I e-mailed a message to ATHOMEMART again to inform them that their return process was definitely unfair due to the fact that their product did not serve it's purpose because of manufacturing reasons. And then it was definitely unfair to charge a restocking fee on a product which on their end "ATHOMEMART" was not made correctly to begin with! And also that they should be responsible for the return shipping cost and the restocking cost.How can they restock an item which has been made incorrectly? Are they going to drill another hole and re-sell the product?" I DONT THINK SO" Yet they have the audacity to charge a return shipping fee and restocking fee! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM AMAZON.COM AND/OR ATHOMEMART EVER AGAIN!

It looks great. The footboard is just below the matress box wich is my only complaint but the bed skirt hides it. I would like to have it slightly higher. There is some space on the frame length wise, on purpose i believe to allow you bedding to drape in between the Header/footer. Its well worth the $200 i paid. Shipping was faster than expected. Very pleasant experience. It is not black Fyi. It kinda clashes with anything black unless you are color blind. You're nightstands and dressers can't be black.QUESTION: Which is the proper foot bench for this set? I see two. One of them has everyone calling it black not dark brown. Im wondering if thats the same color and the people are just color blind. Any help from those who bought it?

I purchased this simply for the headboard section because I own a platform bed that is very plain. I wanted to add some character to it AND have something between myself and the walls. I was impressed with the quality and after trial and error, worked a way to attach the headboard to my bed and I'm very pleased. It's sturdy, comfortable to lean back on, and the style is very sharp. My only complaint is what do I now do with the footboard as I can't use it. Wish this could have been a single headboard purchase.

I have always wanted a sleigh bed, but as many of you might know they are very expensive. This was a great alternative. I was able to get my sleigh bed for a great price. The material is very smooth and rich. My only complaint was the shipping box it came in was shredded by the time it got to me. The bed managed to remain damage free minus two small holes on the backside material of the headboard (where the material is super thin). Overall for the price it is great and I am happy to finally have my sleigh bed!

I purchased the item recently and am pleased with it. As other reviewers said, it is exactly what it shows in the photo. It is stylish, classy. Easy to put together. My dismay was that the measurement is an inch off for my bed frame. The instruction doesn't provide any clue on how to assemble the foot board with your own bed frame, therefore the foot board is useless to me at the moment. Because of it, the bed assembled is not quite sturdy. Do any one of you know what hardware it requires?

So I bought this bed and like others was faced with the problem of not having the correct frame for it. Only thing was I didnt make a big deal out of it. I went to a local furniture store and picked one up. the frame youre going to need it one with holes on both ends so you can screw in the head and foot boards. I bought this set about 4 months ago and I love it. I also had some problem with the predrilled holes not matching exactly but I mean I didnt make a big deal out of that either. I just forced the post with the holes closer so i could get the screw in haha... nothing happened. nothing broke. no problem. the bed looks amazing now and you cant beat the price. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY PERSON.
