They feel good and chop well. Haven’t tested the insulation to 1000V yet and can’t say I want to either.

I've needed some decent snips for as long as I can remember but I've always made do with inferior products or the type you get in a budget supermarket kit.Having recently moved, I've needed to rewire my studio and make some custom cables and those cheapy ones were more of a hindrance than a help. Taking at least 6 attempts to cut a cable really isn't time efficient, plus you damage the cores.So i got these and man oh man, they're what I've been crying out for, for many years.Really well built. Comfortable grip on the hand. Smooth action and oh man are they sharp!!No more squished edges, no more stray core strands. Just on simple, clean, cut.Only small issue is you need cutters to remove the packaging haha, so maybe worth revising that.However that's a minor point. These cutters are brilliant!

This looks and feels well made and of decent quality, I was thinking of getting a knipex vde cutter, but it’s not something I use that regularly and I’m pleased with this as an alternative.

Cut well and comfortable grip

Good wire cutters. Also I have two of them and one of them I use for small wooden projects like small ships and stuff and cuts small women stick with no problem. Sharp and good metal

Excellent tool. I use a lot of Knippex tools and this is nearly up there for a snip of the cost

Cuts clean nice in the hands especially if you have big hands like me

Solid build, however, when held up to the light i can see a gap between the cutting blades and they struggle to cut 6mm² twin & earth. Not the best i've had
