Look passed the typos...
I am on Hack #3 and am shocked and amazed at the number of typos and punctuation errors. That being said, the content appears to be helpful and informative, judging by the table of contents. I might come back and change the # of stars after I've read the whole book. Which should take about 30 minutes because it's only about 70 pages...lol

Helpful book. I won't be trying all of these suggestions, but a few were intriguing and those I will. Some suggestions just aren't possible at the moment, but would work during a different season. Well written and easy to read.

Not About Yoga
stupid ,not about yoga, save your money

Yoga is not just the posture!
This was the second book written by Olivia Summers that I read. The first book was "Yoga: The Advanced Lessons: 30 Challenging Yoga Poses to Take Your Yoga Practice to a Whole New Level" which was a little bit too difficult for me to follow. Olivia does not talk about specific postures in this book, but provides very insightful and inspiring thoughts and tips for people practicing Yoga. Regardless of my capability to do postures, this book brought my engagement with Yoga to a new level, I guess. There are also practical tips covered in this book, among which I liked Olivia's tips about fasting.
