I absolutely love these cookies! They are delicious and satisfy that sweet craving.

I bought these because a keto guru I follow, (Kristie Sullivan) mentioned that she had used these in a crust for a keto cheesecake recipe. Of course, I HAD to taste them when they arrived to see if they were worthy of serving as a keto cheesecake crust. Truly, you don't need to make a cheesecake because these are delicious on their own. However, there ARE a lot of broken cookies in the packages, so you could creatively use those for crusts. I made a quick dessert of 1/4 cup of ricotta, a bit of a sweetener, a dash of vanilla and crumbled in 28 grams of the cookies (1 serving). It was very tasty and filling enough that the other serving in the two-serving bag is still in the bag. :)Also, I avoid certain ingredients that are in some of the other flavors from High Key, but the Snickerdoodles do not have those ingredients. Great taste and perfect ingredients—for me. Win, win!

I lost nearly 60 lbs on keto almost three years ago and have kept it off thanks to maintaining a low-carb lifestyle. These delicious morsels of goodness have a sweet and slightly salty taste, with a slight touch of cinnamon. The taste reminds me more of a peanut butter cookie or a salted caramel flavor with just a slight hint of cinnamon. They're a bit heavier than a typical (sugary) mini cookie, and they keep me very satiated in the evening without kicking up carb cravings. I enjoy most of the High Key cookies, with Snickerdoodle being my current favorite. It's right up there with the chocolate chip flavor.
