We recommend measuring the circumference of your arm (upper arm, just above elbow, forearm, wrist, ankle) before your purchase so you can get an idea of where to wear your armbands. The armband is very light, with its weight of 30 gram it is barely noticeable when worn. Instructions: You will find the power button on top of the battery compartment under the nylon fabric. Pressing the button allows you to switch between different modes in the following order: fast flash, slow flash, steady light. Press the button for the fourth time and the light will turn off. Thanks to the reflective surface, the armbands provide security even when the LED function is switched off. The battery can be connected to your computer and charged either with the attached USB cable or any other standard USB Micro B cables. You do not have to remove the battery from the armband when charging. Cleaning: The armband is made of nylon and plastic and is easy to clean. Remove the electrical parts (battery and LED strip) and clean the surface of the band with a damp cloth. If needed, the armband can also be washed in lukewarm water.
