I had been eyeing this House Gem Mug Warmer for a few weeks and finally decided to buy it—and I’m so glad I did. I work from home and love having a warm beverage nearby, but my coffee always ends up going cold before I finish it. This totally solved that problem.It came overnight so the moment it arrived; I plugged it in right away to read some e-mails with my morning coffee. When I came back with my coffee, it was already warm and ready to go. It’s very simple to use, and I love that it has three heat settings that correspond with night light colors: red (150 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit), purple (130 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit), and blue (105 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit). I assumed I would need the highest setting, but it actually heated my coffee too much, so I dropped it down to the middle temperature, which ended up being perfect.I also set the timer for four hours, which allowed it to automatically shut off—something I really appreciate when I get caught up in work. The warmer is attractive and modern looking. While it's slightly larger than some other versions I looked at, it’s still compact enough to fit on my desk without taking up too much space. And for once, the instructions were actually very user-friendly, which made setup quick and easy.Overall, this was a great purchase. It’s a small but meaningful upgrade to my home office setup, and I honestly wish I had gotten it sooner.

I replaced a very old single temp. warmer. Wow what I was missing. First even though the warning area is drastically larger the overall unit is not much differences in overall size, good to not be to large for a desk. The 3 temps. are so handy, throw on a cool cup of coffee and set it to high. The cup heats up in maybe 10 minutes, then I turn it to low. My old one could not warm up a cooled down coffee at all. The old coffee warmer had a slide switch at the top of the warmer so you needed to remove the coffee cup before turning it off or on. The new ones switches are on the front edge and even though they are not touch switches an soft push controls them. I would buy this again.

A must have if you are working from home and need to keep that cup of coffee warm in between sips. I’ve been able to keep my coffee at my desk for longer with this warmer. I highly recommend given that it has a couple of different temperature settings you can individualize it to your taste. It’s been great for my at home office.

This warmer is amazing. My husband has had this for several months. He thought that the cup I typically use would not be conducive keeping the coffee hot. I decided to try it after enduring lukewarm coffee a mere 5 or 10 minutes after brewing. It keeps the beverage piping hot and very enjoyable. I love this warmer.

I was hesitant to buy this at first thinking it would be a waste. Boy was I wrong! I am a “slow sipper“ when I drink my hot tea. This product kept my tea, hot, like really hot! There are three settings so you can adjust the temperature and it works very quickly. I would definitely recommend.!!

Keeps Warm, But Lacks the VibeIt keeps my coffee warm, which is great—but I miss the steam rising from the mug. That little detail adds to the flavor and feel of a fresh cup. It works, but the experience isn’t quite the same.

I bought this as a gift for my father in law. He takes like 2 hours to finish his coffee and it was always going cold on him. This was very easy to use and set up. He uses it in his office and it fits perfectly in his desk, doesn’t take up too much room. Works like a charm exactly how I expected it.

Gets hot. I did not give it much thought, but doesn't work so well on insulate coffee cups or coffee cups with a base.Works great on regular ceramic coffee cups.
