Trelock U-Lock BS 402 8004506 650–108–300 ZB

I'm using the lock since a certain time and all together I find this U-lock was the best choice including the price. But there are a few points to consider.It seams to be a strong lock. It's very heavy and sometimes the long version is not wide and long enough to lock it on a street light. For this case I have a second foldng lock. It means carrying 2 heavy locks, but for an expensive bicycle you should have 2 anyways to protect your wheels as well.Sometimes it takes a bit till I'm able to lock the lock. In this case I lift the buttom and smash it back again. Most time it works after the first try.The holder screws weren't opening and after I tried to open it a few times the plastic screws broke. So I cannot use the holder, but probably it's better as I heard that the holder is not really good at all and is destroying the colour of the bicycle. I am carrying it in an extra bike bag. and it works for me. But thinking of finding a solution to put it on the bicycle without a bag.If you consider this and compare that this lock is still cheaper and one of the safety winners under locks, than I would recommend this lock.
