We have 2 homes and use these easily between both. Very functional and love having the ability to have control. The brightness is nothing less than perfect!

I was having trouble getting them to connect at all during the set up process. It was failing to connect to the wifi router. After almost giving up, I decided to modify my wifi router settings and found a fix for the issue. (See screenshot attached to my review for information on how to resolve the issue by modifying wifi router settings).Once I modified the router settings to WPA/WPA2 instead of WPA2/WPA3, setup was a breeze. It connected seamlessly to the app, and linking the Cloud Intelligence app to my Amazon/Alexa account was quick too. Now they're able to be controlled using my Alexa device.

These plugs worked GREAT at first — setup was a breeze, and I loved being able to control them through the Cloud Intelligence app and link them to my Google Home. HOWEVER, we changed the name of our wifi one day, and I cannot for the life of me get them to reconnect. I've spent hours trying to factory reset them and reconnect, but the Cloud Intelligence app simply won't recognize them anymore. I've tried using the 'Auto Discover' feature and linking them manually, and I've even tried to connect them to the Tuya, Smart Light, and Smart Life apps. It just isn't possible anymore, and it doesn't make any sense — it's been a maddening experience! I tried asking a 'question' about it on this Amazon listing, hoping to hear from the seller with a solution, but all I got were replies from other people who had had the exact same experience. I'm super disappointed, as I've had these for less than a year and I did a ton of research trying to find high-quality, affordable smart plugs to buy. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them at all — unless you plan to never move, change your wifi details, adjust your aura, etc. — because then they'll just drive you crazy and you'll be out $$$. Super sad, but such is life.

I've used these little guys for years and I've never had any problems. Easy and quick to set up. I've dropped them they are well built and reliable. I would recommend using them for things other than lamps. They don't have the functionality other than on an off. Use smart bulbs for your lamps you'll be happier.

I put a one-star review after finding how difficult it is to set up these smart plugs, and guess what? They are still not working nowadays because the definitions app needs me to sign up with my phone number and has removed all my previous connections, which made me uncomfortable. The previous connections took me about one hour! So, please save your time, find other products!!My original comments are: "It's very difficult, nearly impossible, to set up. Whoever wrote the instruction that came with the box failed the work..."However, the sellers reached out to me constantly (via about 10 emails), offering me a refund to remove the comment, which I felt it's a violation of or say a bribe to my freedom of speech. I decided to ignore it because my price for freedom of speech is priceless. I respect my decency. I also told this interesting anecdote to my mom, and she said I could help them - the sellers. But I said I have to think about it because I, as a buyer, want to help other buyers to know what they can expect. Anyhow, the seller did not stop emailing me with an increasing amount of refunds (which is not cool at all). I read those emails as jokes. How could you buy others' freedom of speech for like fifty bucks? Ridiculous! However, this morning, the last email said it was difficult for whoever sent the email to maintain positive feedback. I understand, especially for this pandemic era, in some country the over-powerful gov that has made substantial damage to small businesses. Part of me was touched. So I am changing my rate from 1 to 5 stars but leaving the story here for other buyers' review. Lastly, I didn't claim any refund nor have direct contact with the seller.Bottom line, avoid this item.
