Great Greeks: Fun poems for kids about Ancient Greece

As the author of "Valentine's Day Poems for Kids" I found this book to be absolutely wonderful! A poetry book about the origin of the Greek culture is hard to find and it is absolutely delightful to read!This book offers a poetic, witty way to learn about mythology, location, food and all the characters of this ancient nation!The pictures are too cute!!- Etoile Grace.

My kiddo is really into Greek mythology and I thought a poem book may be entertaining as well. He obviously can't read Homer, but this was too silly and babyish.

I really like the fun way in which Paul Perro writes history.The poems make me smile and very often laugh out loud.A great way of helping remember some of the ancient facts of the past.

Great book for primary school projects on Greeks.Arrived quickly and as advertised

Very simply summarises lots of important Greek historic events and people.

Its fun for me to read to my daughter, but the huge names from ancient Greece challenge even a wordsmith to rhythmically read!

Nice little book....great for kids of all ages and grown ups too!
