Simply Stunning Crocheted Bags Paperback – 18 May 2015

This book is for my daughter-in-law. She loves crocheting and I hope she will find some good ideas to follow in this book.

Love the bags and easy projects. Great for a quick and easy project.

The bags in the book look nice, but I haven't attempted any of them yet due to the fact that it doesn't tell you what yarn to use (e.g DK or Chunky etc). So when/if I do try one I will have to guess, which is going to annoy me greatly if I guess wrong.

Lovely book full of fun patterns for all levels of experience.

The 16 bag patterns cove a wide range of styles and types. Many of the patterns are easy to adjust and personalize. The shoulder bag with the square base would be handy for the beach or shopping. A classic granny square bag is brightened with bright colors and sequins. Next on my list is the olive shoulder bag which could be for an evening out or a day on the run, depending on your fiber choices. If you are looking for contemporary crochet patterns with a bit of flare, this is the collection for you.

Book won't open up properly, pictures and text are skewed. I can't tell if the patterns are good, since it is such a struggle to orient and zoom in to readability.

Some beautiful bags!!! There are patterns for 23 bags in this book. At least one bag for anyone's taste. There are some that I will never make, just not my style, but there are plenty that I will make, and probably give as gifts. I like that there are practical bags, like laundry, shopping, and beach bags, as well as clutches and purses.
