Vit E is an antioxidant. There are 3 forms of Vit E and AC Grace has all three forms in it which is a plus. Then it has no other unnecessary ingredients added. This makes this supplement one of the best Vit E's in the supplement market. The price is terrific also. We are enjoying taking this antioxidant with other antioxidants and keeping our health at its best.

The vendor omits the most important point about this Vitamin E: it is high in gamma tocopherols. Gamma tocopherols may have more heart protective benefit than the standard Vitamin E, alpha tocopherol. What's more, taking alpha tocopherol alone has been shown to reduce the level of gamma topherol in the blood in rats.The price is right, also. The same quantity and IU on Vitamin Shoppe was $38.

I like Unique E because it contains only d tocopherols, the active isomer in vitamin E. It is easy to swallow. It also comes in an attractive container, at a reasonable price, especially when bought in the two-container package.

This is a high quality vitamin E product, with superior ingredients.
