I ordered these for my Kenmore stove. I have a large dog who can accidentally turn the stove burners on. She has only done it twice and I have been home both times but it worries me that she can do this. For the most part she is very well behaved and hardly ever puts her paws on the counter but unfortunately she does sometimes. I ordered these to fix the issue and I just installed them in under a minute. My knobs to pop off so putting these on was very easy. The protectors also will open up completely if your knobs do not pop off, they form two semi circles you can then clip around you knob. My box also came with several 3M strips of adhesive to fix them to the stove top, I chose not to use those as I will more than likely take them off when I cook as not to melt them. They also pop open and closed very easy, so if you were worried about not having enough hand strength these should not be a problem for you. I can't say if these would keep a baby/toddler from turning on the stove, but it definitely keeps a dog from doing it!

one of them broke almost immediately. but they work for their intended purpose of keeping my toddler's little hands off of the knobs on the front of our gas stove.

It serves the purpose, but the ones I received were all scratched, as if I had gotten used ones.

They worked, for about 2 weeks. These not only broke within 2 weeks of having them on, one of them also melted due to the burner heat. I would just recommend pulling off the dials (if possible) so the child cand turn them.

My apartment stove handles would turn so easily and after having a baby who has a high reach on her tippy toes i had to get something for our safety! Now after getting these i don’t check to make sure the stove knobs are turned off right 2-3 times a day!
