COMPLETELY INACCURATE ON EVERY LEVEL!!!
Super inaccurate to say the least. I put this to the test during a workout. While wearing the band (in a stay-put manner i.e. correct suggested upper wrist position) I personally counted my steps PLUS during peak portion of my workout, I checked my heart rate. Super disappointed to find my personal calculation did not match band's calculation. Not even close! (I know how to count and I know how to calculate a heart rate). Also, my sleep pattern did not add up either. I checked the time before going to bed and checked the time when I woke up. Total sleep time was off by 1 hour. Band also said I was awake for 2 hours thru the night. I can assure you, I never woke. The alarm clock is nice & text/call feature could be nice with its quick vibration notification of an incoming when you're not next to your phone except, screen id appears and disappears in the blink of an eye so, you haven't a clue who is texting or calling. I kick myself for not knowing better. Certainly, wish I'd have spent more money & purchased a fit band from their competitor i.e. a well known brand. I don't usually write many reviews but, complete inaccuracy deserves to be mentioned. I shall update this review regarding my return/refund experience.

Great little inexpensive activity tracker
This thing is all kinds of useful. I set my phone to vibrate and this thing will vibrate on my wrist when I get a text. No tell-tale "ding" from my phone when I get a text, announcing my business to the whole world! Just a very discreet and gently vibration on my wrist. It also tells me how many steps I have taken that day (although I think it lies a little, I can't be sure though. It seems like I take more steps than it gives me credit for but that could just be wishful thinking.) It also tells me how well I slept and for how long. That seems to be accurate enough. Also, the watch and pulse features are nice.

but the 2 features I like best are the sleep data and the steps features
I haven't explored every feature, but the 2 features I like best are the sleep data and the steps features. I've used an actual heart rate monitor before for exercising, and loved the accuracy of that, as it translates into actual calories burned. Unless I've used it wrongly, I feel as if the calories feature is inaccurate--perhaps I'm asking for more than a watch device can do. I do like the convenience of this fitness tracker, and the price point. Overall, a good purchase.

Great value! Works perfectly. Good substitute for the more expensive name brand fitness watch. App is easy to navigate!

Works as described.
It does everything specified. The call and text notifications come in really handy when my phone isn't on me, especially at work. It's water resistant, so I can wear it in the shower, doing dishes, and even swimming.

Try this activity tracker.......... you will not be disappointed
I was doing research on activity trackers and I had heard/read about the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 for several weeks and I decided to try one. Don't let the affordable price fool you, This is an amazing fitness tracker. The Mi Band 2 is accurate, looks great and is very light but sturdy. This is my 3rd Mi Band 2 (mine, the Wife and now the 10 y/o son's).Here's some breakdown on the Mi Band 2-The design- Very compact and comfortable. It feels like it's not even there (in a good way) and the arm band fits my wife's (smaller) wrist as well as it fits mine. or my 10 year old son's. People actually have asked me about this fitness tracker because it looks so sleek. The fitness tracking- The steps and Calorie burning count is super accurate. The Mi Fit app keeps track of everything but it does not sync with some insurance apps but just check to be sure if that's a deal breaker.Battery- What can I say about the battery life on this tracker...... it lasts for 2-3 weeks with constant use. This darn tracker is literally the little watch that could. We are in a world where we accept charging our phone or smart watch every night. This tracker will not disappoint and I can only tell you to try this and see the battery life for yourself.Interface- Does what you need an affordable watch to do. Tells the time, steps and informs you of incoming calls and text's. You can not answer calls or texts but I love seeing the notices even when my phone is not near me.In closing- This is a great activity tracker, I would expect this to cost much more than it did but I am so so happy with buying this. Go to youtube and research how great this tracker is. The only thing I didn't expect l is having to make an account on the app to sync it with the watch but they don't spam you nor have I had any negative things to say about making the account but truth be told I think you need to make an account for any tracker/ smart watch.
