Bought 5 hats from you guys. The black hat was the first one purchased. Upon opening I saw what looked like dust. So I thought it was because it was new. I took cloth and wiped off. It looked like it came off, but it worsened. I purchased 5 of these hats. Only 1 out of 5 is ok. I do not wear everyday either; only periodically. Not happy at all. want my money back or new replacements.
