TLC2206 Outdoor Tuya Mobile WIFI Remote Ultrasonic Contactless Continuous Liquid Water Oil Fuel Level Tank Monitor Sensor Controller Automatic Alarm Gauge Meter Indicator Monitoring System

On receiving this item I was surprised how large it is. As it didn’t fit in any of the existing openings at the top of the tank, I set about making a larger hole (tank empty) using a series of small drill holes. 6 drill bits later, the gauge was fitted. Pairing with the app was simple, following the instructions provided, and calibrating the measured depth was straight forward. I can now check my oil level from anywhere in the world using my phone, and can receive alerts when it’s getting low. This is especially useful as the property is a holiday let, and I live away most of the year. As the unit alerts low level, it is particularly useful for monitoring for theft or large leaks. Only one week in, but so far, I can highly recommend!

Was okay to start with.But with sketchy Wi-Fi? But after about eight months stopped working. When I checked it water had got in, even though it is meant to be waterproof.

Was on and off with connections throughout it's life of only 10 months. Some very minor water ingress. Failed for some reason but it doesn't turn on now and has to go in the bin. Not worth £40

I could not get it to work. Eventhough my ipad detected it, the wifi check said there was no signal but the ipad had 5 bars! The manufature was no help at all and gave up trying to help. How do I get a refund as I have had it for more than 30days?

It has been working ok. Not very stable but gives a rough idea in an underground water tank and should be possible to use for turning a pump on/off. Good value when bought for the task. Stability improvement would be very useful.

Took me about 20 minutes to install. I used a step down voltage from 12v battery to 9v as I’m off grid. WiFi picked it up. I only turn it on when the water pump is also on and so it measures in the background even when I’m not looking. When I check the app it’s got the latest measurement. Works for me.

An absolute load of rubbish if it's not connected to thd electric it doesn't work so I wasn't able to use it
