Purchased to keep in the car boot in case of car break down. I hope that this would keep the person wearing it dry, reasonably warm, but most importantly, safer.

Paid £7, arrived a week later. Horrible material and zip broken. Requested to return but have to pay £5 for postage. So in the boot it goes as an emergency hi vis jacket. Get what you pay for I guess.
