Horrible Customer service. Too many bugs
Customer service is horrible. I was having problems with the lock as it was unlocking when it's pressed to be locked. I've been trying to reach them for 3 days and each time I called, they asked for a phone number so a technician can call back. I was also charged for the Subscription twice. Yes, this lock needs subscriptions. $.99 / month to use the wifi feature and $3 / per month for premium and $10 / per month for PRO.The portal also is poor. Since daylight savings, their is no option to switch the new time change. I've called and asked for help, and again they just ask for my number and have someone call back. They then emailed me instead and said that the day light savings time will automatically change in the portal. Day 4 of daylight savings..... no time change.I will definitely return this LOCK

The lock is a bit tricky to understand but one setup works great!
The 5i worked great for me!It is a bit completed to set up.And I did not fully understand that it only will lock/unlock via the app if it is at a refresh point (once every hour or if a botton is pressed) at which point will connect to your wireless network and respond to the app. It only takes about 3 to 5 Seconds to connect. The keypad works well and is easy to program with a programming code or with the app.

Unreliable, jams, price gouging.
Unreliable, loses connection, they eventually jam and require take-apart. Company now requires 1 year subscription in advance, more than the cost of the lock. We're dumping them.
