ZEGO Just Fruit Bars, Pear, Non GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, 25g (Pack of 12)

Our son has crohn's disease and he is on the SCD Diet. This is our go to snack and we go through a lot of them every week. We like Cherry and Raspberry flavors. Our other son who does not have IBD also eats the same diet and loves these fruit bars too. I've personally spoken to the owner of the company on several occasions and can tell you she is of the highest integrity. We need more food companies like Zego!

I love the taste and the consistency of these cherry bars! They taste just like pure cherries, not processed! The best part is that they are not mushy or on the other hand, too hard. There is a little bit of a crunch to them but it is still consistent with eating fruit. These bars taste good and they are the right portion for a pick me up snack during the day or even if I wake up in the middle of the night. The bar is the perfect size and not filled with tons of calories.

I loved these when they were Gorge Delights Just Fruit bars, so I am super happy to discover that Zego had bought the recipe and shrunken the size (they were definitely too big!) My son is allergic to apple, so it was almost impossible to find toddler-friendly prepackaged snacks for him, since most baby and toddler foods are apple-based...Gorge Delights saved many a day for me!! This bar is just pears & strawberries. Love it; delicious.

Update: I was contacted by the company and they refunded my money and apologized.for the bad boxes I recieved. Customer service has been very nice and genuine. B I have bought these before and when they are truly fresh they ate amazing. Unfortunately this time, even though the exp date was still good, these were dried up and pasty tasting. Usually they are more like a thick fruit roll up, but these were more like dried up crumbling leather. It wasn't just one box, but both and there is no option to replace them which is sad because now I am out $36

We were attending the Gluten Free conference in Worcester, MA in July when we were first introduced to this product. All three of my gals really like them. They have their favorite flavors based on their own tastes. I ordered more through Amazon as they are traveling more for sports. I like products like this as they ingredients are hidden and you know what you are eating. Thus great product and lots of flavors to choose from. We have found our favorites.

We've been buying these bars for years (under the old Columbia Gorge Fruit bars label). They are one of the few portable snacks my boys can have as they suffer from anaphylaxis to many foods. They are tasty and safe for kids like mine. So thankful Zego took over this brand and has even improved the allergy friendliness of this snack. We will definitely be buying them for years to come!

I’ve been missing Gorge Delights the last couple years and found out this company took over production. These bars are half the size for the same price as Gorge Delights. I will never buy these again, biggest disappointment I’ve had in a while. It’s funny how nothing is ever as good as before when someone else takes over.

Good snack, mild flavor. I little harder texture than I hoped for.
