Takes time to dry
My grandson loves these! The paints are not as viscous as expected but they worked fine. This was to be a craft during my visit for a 4 and 7 year old. The 7 yo was uninterested as she learned another hobby. The 4 yo couldn’t do them fast enough! He loved every minute! Actually his mom and I had fun also watching his excitement! One thing to note is that it takes time for the paints to dry fully.

Fun!
This is such a fun activity to do with my 4 year old! It’s a little difficult to work with the gel in the beginning but you get the hang of it. It’s fun and it came with a ton of little dinosaurs. They look great in the window. Definitely recommend this set!

Great quality!
Another excellent product by National Geographic! Clear and easy instructions, engaging trivia about the planets, and very good quality of the paints and planets. Plenty of paint to complete the project. Kept my toddler busy for a while.

Thick paints but still fun!
The stained glass paints are very thick. They recommend using the paint brush and only applying a thin layer but we’re having trouble spreading the paint. Still a fun craft for my 6 year old!

Not as expected
The paint was too thick and gel-like... it may have been old and drying up. It was hard for the kids to do themselves. The paint brush was useless.

Great item, terrible paint ☹️
Items were great! National Geographic always provides detailed information about the planets and the history behind stained glass. I was very pleased with the planets and mobile idea. 5 stars! HOWEVER- Every tube of the glow in the dark paint was dried solid, making it completely unusable. I will resort to buying my own paint or use sharpie markers. For the price Nat’l Geographic could have done better with their paint vendor. O stars, hence the 3 star-total

Love this little set! I bought it for my 4 yr old and he had a blast painting the Dino’s and hanging them all over the house. The suction cups don’t hold the best, but for the price it’s a good set!

Grandson’s 3 & 5 loved to open the box but got bored after 1 dinosaur each. Colours are good. I finished them so they could hang on the sliding door to catch light
