Effective heel wedges, still have all my fingers.
Wanted some heel wedges for the gym, was attracted to the larger size, cost and adjustability of these vs some other options (cork/foam/wood), so far have worked well. Footplate is very grippy, adjustment range and size is good, and feel very stable/sturdy though I’ve only used for body weight/light exercise so far. One other reviewer made these out to be super dangerous re: pinching fingers etc and I was a little concerned getting them as I have young kids, but I think that concern is a little silly. Yes you could smash your finger slamming them closed if you’re not careful but they don’t strike me as the bloodthirsty bear traps the other reviewer made them out to be.

Adjustable Calf Stretcher Slant Boards
Wow I had no idea how badly I needed these! My massage therapist suggested I find something like these calf stretchers to help me with my knee, which has been popping every time I step lately. I can use these to help strengthen the muscles of my thighs and calves and other surrounding muscles to help support the knee and keep it in place. This is exactly what I needed! The devices are very heavy and sturdy. They come with anti slip mats to protect hardwood floors from being scratched. The boards themselves are a heavy wrought iron material and have several notches to adjust the angle of the slant based on personal preference and needs. The foot pads are covered in a thick anti slip material that works on shoes or bare feet. I actually prefer to use them with no shoes on at all so I can get the full stretch. They're convenient to use at any time. I'm just keeping them right under my couch so I can pull them out and quickly spend a few minutes stretching when I have time throughout the day. It's only been a couple of days and I'm already feeling the results. My calves are gaining flexibility with each use and my knee is popping less. What a fantastic investment these are! Totally worth every penny. Would buy again.

Easy to use, sturdy
These slant boards are easy to use, easy to store, are sturdy, come with little anti-slip mats, and have grippy on them. Perfect for agility training at home when you can't get to the gym or in-between practices, as well as other types of movements (theres lots of videos online). Adjustable for various users, positions, movements and abilities. They are very stable and have a pretty decent weight limit.

all metal, very sturdy
This set of slant boards are the sturdiest I have tried so far. I tried cork based, which were light and easy to adjust stance, but small and not sturdy (which is fine if you are in good shape or really wanting to improve balance). I also tried a woden one that while sturdy, was one piece and so forced me into a narrow strance, which I did not want for squats. These are very sturdy, the adjustment is the common bar and hook quick adjust popular on alot of gym weighbenches. The stops preceed up to about 75 degrees. There are two of them, so you can adjust to your stance as needed. They have grip tape so your shoes do not slip and they come with little mats to lay the blocks on that keeps them from moving on the floor. They also fold flat for easy storage.Be aware that they come with no instructions or information whatsoever.. I had to go back to the product page to find out what the thin foam mats were for.

Built to last
Got these for calf stretches. I suffer with a condition that requires me to stretch the tendons and calf muscles to prevent deterioration. Been doing these stretches for years. So, I have a lot of experience this type of device.First, these ramps are extremely well-built. They will outlast you. There are pads on the bottom that keep the ramps planted on the floor. Also included are two pads that you can put down under the ramps in case you are really worried about floor damage. I really don't see that being an issue.Regarding the ramp incremental lift: I found the first notch to be about the right amount of stretch for me. On the second notch, it was steep enough that I could barely stand on it. That may have more to do with fact that I have short tendons. What this means is there should be plenty of range for just about everyone. If you are looking for a device such as this, I would say this set of ramps is an excellent choice.
