This stuff works
Stopped the cleats on my spin shoes from squeaking. Will buy again

Waste of money
I had squeaky SPD before and still have squeaky cleats - no difference at all. And to make it worse, my pedals have an ugly white coating. My fix is a single drop of engine oil on the wear areas - the bright spots on the cleats, mainly at the front.
