Save time and stress - it's rubbish quality and belongs in the bin
Poor quality manufacturing resulting in a very bad fit on the USB end, managed to get an intermittent connection on one of 30USB ports (yup tried several machines before giving up and just buying a new USB connected keyboard). Save your money (well it's cheap - so perhaps save time and save stress and don't bother ordering it). I should send mine back but because it so cheap I didn't and chucked it in the bin, something that supplier is probably relying on!

A Further Explanation...
This item is keenly priced and arrived promptly - I have no problems at all with the supplier. I required it in order to try and re-use a very old keyboard as the symbols on my current one were rubbing off. The lead on the old one was rounded but my current PC requires a usb connection. Unfortunately it did not work and it may well be that it had been damaged while languishing at the back of a cupboard. For this reason therefore I do not wish to appear critical of the supplier but, for the sake of £1.34 I do not feel it is worth making a fuss. I do thank them for their concern.

Warning usb to ps2 adapter
Does not work and worse still the PS2 mice I connected to it now don't work either when reconnected to ps2, presume as incompatible have destroyesd the ps2 mice. Having now read other reviews these are not adapters at all, but just making it physically possible to plug mouse into a usb socket and destroy the mouse. The item was posted from Singapore so no point in returning it. Item supplied by GETDIRECT for 85p plus cost of replacing damaged mice - that was a god buy then!!!! Don't use this to connect a legacy mouse to Pi, invest £1 in the Pound shop and get a new USB mouse!
I had hoped to use this to connect a legacy PS2 mouse to a Raspberry Pi USB socket but it didn't work. I haven't checked it with a meter yet to see if all of the necessary conducts are present. My solution was to buy a new USB mouse from the Pound Shop a cheaper solution that I should have used in the first place.

No good for PS2 mouse
I have absolutely no idea how the guy from the charity got this working with Keyboard/Mouse. I tried to use it to connect my PS2 mouse and it even stopped my system from Booting (Gigabyte motherboard)! I also tried to use it on a laptop and it was not recognised at all. I wonder what the 5star reviewers use it for ...or perhaps mine is just faulty...???
