I didn’t realize how big the pills were. I thought they would be easier to swallow.

A good product that appears to have proper efficacy, based on performance response. The tablets are well pressed, uniform, do not dust or break, and can be fairly easily split if you (like me) want a 50mg dose. Haves purchased twice and will buy again, if the price remains consistent-- which is as of this date is fair. Well recommended

From what I could read, these are going to be just fine. It is so hard to tell when you're buying supplements. Just read your labels and decide for yourself. As for me, I would buy this again.

These are a good price for the amount. But they start melting into powder almost as soon as I put them in my mouth making them hard for me to swallow. I'll have to pass on these next time because of this.

There is some clinical data and a lot of anecdotal evidence supporting the beneficial use of pregnenolone for hormone balance, improved memory and increased energy. You may begin to experience the benefits in just a couple of weeks but it may take 3 to 4 months to fully kick in.I've been taking Brieofood Pregnenolone 1 pill every other day rather than daily per labeled directions now for 3 months and have experienced NO increased energy levels or improved memory or pain relief. I have had NO adverse reactions either so I will continue it taking for another 3 months.
