Leather in Chicago Extra Large Mens Womens Leather Fanny Pack (Black)

I want to clarify something about the below review, specifically why I found this pack to be not as large as expected. I first purchased the New Large 8 Pocket Genuine Leather Waist Hip Lumbar Fanny Fannie Pack Bag Black with Dual Cell Phone Pockets and Dual Organizer, with Dimensions given as: 13.5"L x 7"W x 3.5", which surprisingly held everything I needed without a problem. I then purchased the Extra Large Leather Fanny Pack with the Item model number: fp519blk and the given Approx measurements: 17" x 9" x 5", which was able to hold even more items than the first pack I purchased. Finally, I then purchased this Leather in Chicago Extra Large Mens Womens Black Leather Fanny Pack with the manufacturer reference of FP519 with stated Dimensions: 16-5/8" x 6-3/8" x 5", and this pack couldn't quite comfortably hold everything I wanted to carry. I'm now wondering if possibly the dimensions of the New Large 8 Pocket Genuine Leather Waist Hip Lumbar Fanny Fannie Pack Bag Black with Dual Cell Phone Pockets and Dual Organizer were possibly stated incorrectly/figured differently, thus sort of leading to my higher expectations for the capacity of this fanny pack. Now my original review follows: I'm amazed at the number of fanny packs with the same amount and type of pockets, but seem to differ in ssize by just a bit. For example, this item has a manufacturer reference of FP519, while a slightly larger sized pack has an item number of FP519BLK. Still, this item has enough room to hold the thihngs I need in most cases, appears to be well made and has a nice new leather smell. Thus, I am keeping the product.

Has space for everything, plus even more areas than hubby uses. He loves it !!

We used the pouch to collect money at a show we were working at. Loved it because it was soft, easy to wear, had lots of compartments to keep everything organized, a place for credit cards, so we could keep our personal I. D and cards in the same bag and not have to carry another bag. As we are busy people, I believe we will be using this bag when we attend events and outings, so we can carry a lot of items in it, and wear it and not have to hold a purse.

Its a great pouch. The only issue is the tightest I can make it is still way too big to stay around my waist. I am 156 pounds. If only it could fit it would be the best pouch I have ever owned.

Minor issues with zipper smoothness.

Terrible. I'm an average-sized person with a 34 waist and this thing was WAY too big for me. Don't buy this unless you have generous girth. Also it smells bad and the smell is strong. As soon as it was unpacked the odor permeated the room. I cant describe the smell but it's unpleasant. Stay away unless you're big around the middle and don't mind the odor...like if you have big dogs in the house and it stinks anyway. I'm kidding. Dogs have sensitive noses (cats, too) and after taking one sniff of this thing they'd growl (or hiss) and leave the room. Then they'd discover that whole house smelled and they'd scratch at the door to be let outside or they'd or use the pet door if you have one. Some people leave a window or a door open because they're too lazy to get up and let them out and they don't have a pet door. Your only choices are to throw the smelly thing away or return it to Amazon. I guess you could light it on fire, put it on your neighbor's porch, ring the bell and run away. But then you'd be out 30 bucks and your neighbor would hate you because they saw you on the doorbell cam. So the best thing is to send it back and give it a bad review. I guess what I'm saying is don't buy it.

Won't fit around my waist very well to big.
