These collagen capsules work very well for me. I loose less hair, my nails are stronger and grow faster as well as having a little less joint pain. I have ordered these multiple times for both my mother and myself.

I bought this to replace the blue jug I bought at a big box store. It was my go-to brand. That was until I figured out the price of how much I was getting along with what collagen types were included.I decided I wanted more collagen types in what I was buying. Upon checking the prices, sales, weight, of all the collagens offered, I decided on this one. It ticked all my boxes.The price point and amount was a deal. A price I was willing to pay. (Who doesn’t love a sale?)The collagen is very fine so you need to be careful handling it as it can get all over. It blends very well in hot coffee. I use a frother and sprinkle it in so it doesn’t go in as a clump. It has no taste as far as I can tell. No aftertaste either. (I did not try it in a cold beverage nor did I taste it plain)I’m very happy with this brand as it includes all the types of collagen I was looking for at an acceptable price. As long as the price tag stays reasonable, I will purchase this again.One thing to note: it comes in a resealable plastic bag. I personally like the fact that it’s offered in this form as it’s reducing plastic waste but I personally reused a jug I had of my previous brand of collagen. It sits more stable on my counter and my cats cannot chew on the container as opposed to a bag. 😹😹Just something to think about if this may be an issue for you.

I take 3 capsules daily as recommended. I will take this forever. Capsules are easy to swallow and results are as stated on bottle . You can see effectiveness if taken regularly.
