Absolutely industry-leading service and professionalism! This was my second purchase and attempt to grow mushrooms and will be back for sure! The first inflatable monotub I bought was nothing but trouble. This company is amazing, I was able to call and talk to an extremely knowledgeable growing expert within minutes. The kit itself is great, my spawn bag is already colonizing faster than what I expected. The Monotub is extremely sturdy and a brilliant design. The best part is the price! This is priced at almost half what other comparable setups. 5 stars or more!

Everything came well packaged, and nicely. Only problem I ran into was the bulk substrate already cut open! The seller sent a new one asap, 10/10 customer service! I recommend this to all growers.

As with all the other excellent Midwest Grow Kit products this new Grow Tub is awesome! I used 7lbs of substrate and 3lbs of colonized grains. This gives you a bit more surface depth than that of the typical 3” substrate thickness. I was not disappointed with the results! I love the design and the ability to stack bins which is a great feature. The grow bin is sturdy and super solid. I was so happy with the results from this monotub that I ordered another one today. If you’re a beginner or experienced mycologist this is a great option.

The product may be fine; we just didn't have the level of OCD required to pull this off. It's not a chia pet; it's rocket science.

The casing layer introduced contamination.Everything went exactly according to the instructions until then.I am a well seasoned grower trying a product out and all precautions were taken. The only vector was the casing.I'd recommend sterilization to anyone buying this kit.Don't take it for granted that the seller adequately sterilized the medium and casing or containers and filters.Other than that, the kit is well built and seems great.
