Fantastic Product
I'm really not sure why this is a frequently returned item. As someone else said this attachment works better than the original piece that came with the vacuum itself. It gets edges better, it picks up better, it gets on hard for us as well as carpets and does a fantastic job as well. I'm actually going to purchase one or two more as backups just in case this item is ever discontinued.

Not modern quality
Cheap-too hard/rough for hard wood floor use. Very square not ideal for corners or under things.

It is important to replace broken tools, get the new vacuum head.
I've had my vacuum since 2020, covid times. And I can not tell you how many times I have lost the darn wheel on the vacuum head. FINALLY gave in and got this new heavy duty vacuum head and I LOVE IT. so much better then the OG one.

Garbage
Not at all what is in the advertised picture. Weighs multiple times more than the standard bissel head so it’s very cumbersome when trying to use. The seal it creates on the ground with or without using the carpet/standard floor is pitiful so the suction is atrocious.Completely worthless knockoff replacement head that’s heavy and doesn’t even work that good.I didn’t return it because I had to get something last minute to use but oh, how I wish I did. The least I can do is leave a review since my return window closed while I dealt with my house flooding during hurricane Debby (and then again during Milton)
