Boxing Ball, Combat Ball with Headband, Boxing Ball for Speed Training Reflex Punch Exercise Training

ive had a few of these, most of them have snapped or the rope has frayed after 1 or 2 uses, all of which ive sent back. but this one, so far has lasted well. im recovering from back and hip issues. ive used it at least twice a week since purchase (july 2020), its still going strong, i like the carry bag too. variation of balls, tennis ball being the heavy one, which i use my own boxing gloves with. the black and red are great balls, light weight, good for timing your hands/footwork. good buy. i think this is a product that may need renewed after 6month-1 year. i dont think any are massively durable. time will tell. good product. thanks EDIT........tennis ball rope snapped, and the black wall split at one end and whipped me in the face. typical!! just afte recently writing the original review. ill be sending it back.
