WaterDrop Vs Brita
I am wrting this review because I am so impressed with WaterDrop and hopefully it will help others decide for themselves. The WaterDrop 10-Cup Water Filter Pitcher has become a new water filter in my household, offering both practicality and cost-efficiency. Here’s a detailed review highlighting its pros and comparing it with my last water filter pitcher, Brita.Pros:Easy Fill-Up: The retractable fill valve makes it incredibly easy to fill the pitcher without needing to remove the lid. This feature is a significant time-saver and adds to the convenience.Sturdy Build: The pitcher feels very sturdy and durable. It’s clear that it’s designed to withstand daily use without any issues.Quick Fill: This pitcher fills up quickly, so you don’t have to wait long to get your filtered water. It’s perfect for busy households or those always on the go.Efficient Filtering: One of the standout features is that if you accidentally pour in unfiltered water when there is already filtered water in the pitcher, the two do not mix. This ensures that you always get pure, filtered water.Cost-Effective Filters: Compared to Brita, WaterDrop filters are significantly cheaper. Great pitcher water filter!
I was skeptical at first, but this boldly changed the flavor of my tap water for the better! It is a "water drop" filter, so the top reservoir fills and drips through the filter into the bottom reservoir for use. It does take a minute for a full reservoir to be filtered, but that's a very small "inconvenience" compared to the enhancement gained from the filtered water. Tap water flavor is way better and harshness, to me, definitely seems reduced significantly. Plus, a 200-gal filter is a big plus (x5 other products).

Fantastic Water Jug
Exactly as described. Easy to ensemble, fast filter & excellent filter fit. This system gives you brilliant tasting water, even here in the Midlands where the water is very hard & chlorine strong. Very good value for money & even though the replacement filters may seem a little expensive, they are compatible to the standard Matrix ones as these last 3 months or more, where as the Matrix ones only last a month before the water starts to taste metallic & rank again. Great value for money and would highly recommend

Excellent product and customer service!
This is a very good water filter jug.. The filter lasts for 3 months and improves the taste of tap water. I live in the south east, the water is hard and leaves loads of limescale in the kettle. This definitely removes a high percentage of that. The water filters through quickly, the jug is easy to clean and in my opinion offers good value. I did have a problem with the filter indicator light. I contacted waterdrop customer service who provided a new indicator and 2 new filters as a goodwill gesture. Recommended!
