Flotilla Panel Apron

I bought this for a gift for a friend who loves the forties/fifties style and she loved it! It tapers very flatteringly and is bright and cheerful. The Union Jack bunting pattern was really well received. Sturdy construct.

In the photo this apron looked white and I assumed it would be made of a similar material to the many aprons I've bought over the years. However, it's not white, more a flesh colour, and, in my view, not as attractive as I had hoped. More importantly the material is an extremely light-weight, low thread count, hessian type fabric. It's still attractive and I do like it but had I known this I would not have paid more than around £8 for it, not the £20 I did pay.

Really lovely apron. The print seems to be pretty steadfast and blue edging sets it off nicely.Beautifully made and sat in it for the majority of the jubilee celebrations!
