Vision ZG8101EU Z-Wave Vision Garage Door Sensor

Not terribly reliable. I've moved my Z-Wave receiver to within 10m of this unit, and I'm still getting false positives where it will send the open signal, but then fails to send the close signal.

I have two of these, one on each Garage Door and they have been in place now since February 2016. The adhesive pads have not failed and have had no issues with the batteries, although winter is coming. I am yet to have a false report and both doors are used several times a day. The garage is external and 10 meters away from the house and I initially had problems connecting them to my Samsung Smarthub due to signal loss, however I Installed a powered D-Link Siren into the garage which acts as an active repeater and resolved the distance issue.
