this product has been very helpful. I'm not sure if the v380 app for this camera was designed by same manufacturer. the downside with the v380 app is that ads are played before the cam can be opened to urgently monitor something. cam resolution can be changed between sd and hd. recording feature is also available. wish it would have come with support for 5Ghz wifi connectivity. supports only 2.4Ghz for now. sometimes the camera goes offline without any warning or notice. but comed back online by itself. it's as the camera is restarting on its own.

It has two cameras, one is fixed and another one with rotation. It has motion tracking which follows the subject when moving around. Editing the review after 10 months. I had given 5 star rating earlier as they had promised me additional 6 months warranty if I give them 5 star rating. They had called me over whatsapp video call and during the call only they made me give 5 star rating and said additional 6 months warranty is activated. Three weeks back, the camera started saying firmware updating frequently and after a week it stopped saying voice commands. When I tried connecting using the app, it was not connecting. So I had done resetting and tried connecting again and after resetting the camera rotates and connects to WiFi. But no voice commands and not able to connect to the camera and see footages through the app. It shows connecting and after sometime connection failed. I contacted the conbre customer care and the person attended first denied warranty claim saying the camera is bought more than 6 months ago and warranty is expired. When I explained about the rating and warranty extention, she asked me to show camera over video call. Their timing is 11 AM to 6PM and I won't be available at home during this time and then she asked me to send videos. I had send resetting video and screen recording of the app showing error. Now she is saying camera is rotating, so it is working. I again explained to her that there is no sound and I am not able to access the camera using the app. Then she replied saying camera is working and sound is not working. What is the point of having a rotating camera when you cannot access the visuals of an IP camera and you are unable to communicate with it or access footages. Don't get fooled by the good ratings of the product, they lure customers with extended warranty/ cashback and obtain 5 star rating.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could set up this wireless CCTV device with the help of the clear instructions provided. The image clarity is excellent, allowing me to monitor my surroundings with ease. I appreciate being able to adjust the camera's view direction, utilize motion detection, and even communicate through the app. Additionally, the abundance of video instructions on YouTube made the setup even smoother. Product is excellent. Very easy to install. Works well with 2.4 Hz wifi. Regarding the replay , Fast forward or fast rewind option is not available.
