Putting it on was easy peasy since it came wit the cleaner, dryer pad, hard card and positioning stickers. Just follow the glide on with the hard card and you'll be so proud of the results. No issues, no crazy bubbles like the last one I ordered, so it makes my brand new macbook look, still new and I don't have to worry about the trackpad!! So yeah, 5 stars. I love how it feels too, compared to the bare trackpad because a little friction helps with accuracy to be honest. GET IT.

Liked it a lot that I got another one for my other MacBook Air

This is one of the easier-to-install trackpad protectors! I would say the overall process to install was easy, but I just had one tiny problem when I was installing it. The cover was a smidge bigger than the actual trackpad causing an air bubble on my top left corner, but it was an easy fix. I just cut a bit of the corner away and it still looks great. You can hardly tell I trimmed a bit of it away. I have a Macbook Air 13" M1 A2337.It went on smoothly with no remaining air bubbles. I could have tried putting on the second trackpad protector it came with, but didn't feel like wasting it in case I needed to change it in the future. Overall, it should do the job of protecting my touchpad.

This kit comes with 2 complete trackpad protectors and installation materials for a Mac Book Air.Reading the directions is imperative for a good clean installation. When you think the trackpad is clean - clean it once more and use the lint wipe at the last moment before folding the protector down.The protector works well and in no way interferes with the trackpad's functions. At first use It does feel to have a slightly less slick surface than the bare trackpad but it really is so minimal than after a use or two it is normal. Almost invisible when in place.This works well but be prepared to follow the directions and take your time. Once the protector is affixed it will not allow adjustment however if there is a bubble or two under the surface they will work to edge by using the included card for that purpose.Recommended.

Don’t even notice it very nice

Awful, awful, full of bubbles, hard to align and not worth the money UNLESS you are naturally gifted at applying these kinds of stickers, which any can see my from my picture, I am not for sure. 😂 I LOVE this brand’s palm rest protectors and those were super easy to apply and align, but this trackpad protector is garbage for me. 😅 Caveat: I do personally stink at applying anything of this sort, which is why I was impressed with their palm-rest protectors which were a breeze to apply as opposed to this.
