After seeing plant enthusiasts use this for their plants, I decided to give it a shot.One by one I've watched my alocasia corms shoot out new leaves and rapid root growth!It does break down with time, but a little goes a long way and lasts long enough to ensure strong root development by the time your plant would need transplanting into a bigger pot.Would highly recommend this product for those interested in propagating or using semi-hydro!

Used this in a new setup 43ltr and the plants are loving it. Only minor gripe was you need to root plants deep as the substrate is a little loose and I imagine any catfish will have a field day pulling plants free until roots are well established.

Will just about root anything & will revive a struggling plant! Only downside is that it’s a bit expensive

Great for my plants! Definitely the more expensive option, but well worth it for planted tanks. An all-inclusive option for everything plants and the water column will need. Not the easiest to plant in, loose material makes it hard to keep plants in the substrate.
