That the claims made about the product are true.
Easy to clean, quality and size of water jug are larger than other varieties. Good value in general.

Better than many many others and cleaning is a breeze with the citric acid
Haha a friend recommended this brand to me a few years back, but I resisted paying so much for one. I could have saved much by just buying the H20 brand and not the other 3 cheaper ones. The first one has a timer which is a plus for me,but with a year the wiring burned the inner parts, blah blah blah I brought 3 cheaper ones thank goodness I upgraded and got the warranties. So I waisted much time buying cheaper brands. One that only lasted a few months before shorting out. This one I highly recommend esp for ease of cleaning and durability!

First impressions on unboxing
This just exudes high quality, thoroughly impressed. I know this is not the cheapest unit, I really feel like it was worth it. I will let it gas out the first week, then start using it. Nice product. I got the stainless steel one. I think the top coils are actually stainless steel inside too, wow, so worth it, I was worried it might be copper, you would not expect it to leach much, but with distilled water under temperature, SS is better.I am one of those people who believes in spending money on prevention, I do not do low quality cheap, I plan to use their filters too since I am so impressed with the build quality. There is no way one of those pitchers with the many stage filters will ever come close to the effectiveness of this unit ( from an engineering stand point how could it ) , sad that people waste their money on those then balk at the cost of something like this which will last many years, I would not be surprised if this lasted 8-10 years. The total engineering of this product, just impressed.

Great Buy
Very nice unit that works great and produces delicious water. As others have stated, do not run it dry. Knowing that, it will not make 4 gallons a day. It has to heat up which takes quite a while. I have begun using hot water to speed the process. I get home about 4:30 and by 7:30 I have about a half gallon. The tap water left in the distiller is green and nasty and I am glad I didn't boil it dry!

Poor Customer Service at H2O Labs
Good distiller until the button mechanism broke and it became inoperable. Poor customer service from the company…unanswered emails. Had to throw out the unit.

Solid, reliable, simple to clean, the best tasting water I’ve ever had
The media could not be loaded. If you’re looking for a reliable, no fuss distiller, this is the one you want. Its made of stainless steel so it’s durable, it cleans up quickly and easily. To clean it (once a month) you place citric acid crystals (included with purchase) into the pot. Leave it sit for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and you’re ready to make more distilled water. No scrubbing whatsoever. It fits nicely on my counter and the unit only has one button to push to start it. This is the cleanest and best tasting water I’ve ever had!

Health.
For whatever it is worth, I am 92 years old, still drive, still care for my lawn, still cook my own meals, still keep my own house and STILL AFTER MANY YEARS DISTILL ALL THE WATER i CONSUME.I bought my first one-gallon water distiller so long ago I can't remember... just more than ten years...I couldn't keep up, so I BOUGHT A SECOND one... not sure if it was the same make.I've worn out two now, One recently. The two I have now are the same make.Depending on what all i COOK, I use up two gallons of distilled water within three days. I keep a total of up to six gallons. If, for example, I cook a big pot of red beans and ham hocks, I can do two gallons on two successive days. But, whenever I put on more water to distill, I continue until I'm up to my limit of six gallons. It only takes me minutes to clean my distillers inside and outside, with a sponge (one side of the sponge more abrasive than the other, to clean my distillers inside and out. And I often just put about 1/4 cup in each distiller, immediately after removing the distilled gallon in each. The city water here is NOT high in calcium, but other stinky brown stain cleans from white vinegar and a three minute scrub, finishing off with one paper towel after spunging out the water remaining after one distillation. My personal experience with distillers, all these years, may be atypical; but I plan never to be without two for the rest of my life. Oh, and by the way, I rarely drink any distilled water. It's nowhere near as clean as distilled is.The noise of distilling is white noise. In winter, I welcome the in-house humidity.

Much better than the unit I had before.
The instructions for assembly were clear and easy to follow, and had PHOTOGRAPHS. What a concept, eh? Made a full pot and it works great.
