Dom: Alliance Series, Book 3

Im loving this series!!! Real soft bodied women, strong psychotic men, spice, emotion, twists!!! Soo good! Just when you think you can like him he makes you love him!

Okay, so, I do have mixed feelings about this story.First - I was loving what I was reading at first and liking both the MMC, Dom, and MFC, Val. Then about 20% into the book? I hated Dom! Hated him so much I had to stop reading this book for about 2 months- ish. I hated how he tricked Val, used her, was deceitful, went so far as to drug her so he could marry her! Even a bit crazy with a couple of the things he did.So now I finally finished it and still not all that happy with Dom or Val. Dom because the reasons I just stated and he continued to be a bit deceitful. But he does fall in love with her and does treat her better and very lovingly. Val because I thought she was not mad at him enough. Didn’t go crazy mad at him at all. A little bit but to me not enough.But I gave it 4 stars because SJ is such an awesome writer!! If she got me so mad and I had to put the book down for almost two months?! What a writer. She kept me wanting to know what was going to happen next, she kept my interest. I do love some of the banter, especially when all three couples are together. And Aspen. This is book 3 in a series. First book is Nero - liked it a lot. Second book is King- who is my favorite so far! Love his story. There is also a 4th book - Hans. Which I’m going to read next.So - if you are still with me thank you and I do recommend this story highly. You should go in order, in my opinion. You will miss some stuff if you don’t but it won’t hurt too badly if you don’t read in order.I hope you give this series a read. It’s so worth it. SJ Tilly is fantastic!!! I love her! Go read these books!

After falling hard for Nero and King i couldn't wait for more from this amazing series! When i found out that Dom was getting his very own book i was fangirling freaking out! I started counting down the days until i could dive into this bad boy and like one of my favorite cookies, I devoured it in one sitting! Nothing was pulling me away from this story not it even the sweet treats i consumed while reading, it's Dom time only! I absolutely loved this book with all of my heart!An unforgettable meeting can forever change everything, Something Valentine and Dominic know all too well as their worlds collide. That starts a journey for Dom and Val that's filled with the unexpected. Will Val take a chance on Dom and open her heart? And will Dom prove he's the right man for Val? It's time to lean in and see.I wanted to wrap Val up in a hug and never let her go. Through everything her beautiful heart and strength absolutely shined. I related to her on such a deep level and my heart hurt for her. I loved Val so dang much! Dom has ruined me in the best of ways! This man's mouth is like no other and forget kindle melting, Dom left mine in ashes. 🥵It isn't an easy journey for Val and Dom and i loved the realness of it all. These two had me going through every emotion under the sun with them! My jaw dropped so many times throughout their journey with every moment i did not see coming. The chemistry and connection that Dom and Val shared was earth-shattering and utterly electric! Their back and forth and sides they brought out in one another was the best!Val deserved the world. Getting to see her tackle things life and feelings wise was special to see. Dom's endearments, protectiveness, and total adoration for Val had me a swooning and heart eyed mess. Also, red flags? Dom's are blue. 💙Call me a track star, cause I want Dom coming after me. 😂🔥When I tell you that I could stay in The Alliance world forever, I mean it. Nero, Payton, King, Savannah, Val, Dom, and Aspen all have my heart forever! This crew had me cracking up, feeling all the feels, and choking up so much throughout. Being reunited with them did something special to my soul and i was overjoyed.I highlighted SO much of this book! There were tons of quotes throughout that really got to me. Here's some of my many favorites! - "Life is too short not to lean in, my Valentine. ""Plus, I don't want to miss a moment of this feeling. No matter how fleeting.""Just because we can't change the past, doesn't mean we can't be mad at it.""I deserve to be happy.""I will never hurt her.I will never teach her to love pain.But I will teach her to love me.""If I can't reach out and touch you, I'll worry about you.""His bright blue eyes that see more than I want them to but exactly what I need them to."When i tell you that Val and Dom forever left their mark not only on my life, but my heart and soul, i mean it with every fiber of my being. This author doesn't shy away from the brutal pain life can bring, she shed's light on it, and shows we deserve all the good, all the love, and all the happiness there is in this world. That we are worthy, strong, and lovable. That we can be appreciated and seen. That's beyond powerful and so very needed, by myself and millions of others.With DOM, S.J. Tilly has created an outstanding and unputdownable book that leaves it's mark with every page turn! She brought humor, heartbreak, love, heat, darkness, and the unexpected in the most unforgettable of ways with Val and Dom's story. From the tears and swooning to the laughter and love, this is without a doubt one of my favorite reads of all-time! This is the book I needed in my life and I'm so grateful. If you haven't dived into The Alliance Series, you are missing out big time! This crew is EVERYTHING! This was such a great read! Full of spice but also humor and complex characters. I read this first but I’m definitely going to read the others in the series. Dom is the PERFECT morally gray hero. I highly recommend this!

I LOVEEEE this author and her writing style. This book made me cry, burst out in to laughter, and feel so connected to the emotions. I love the way she can show such personality through each character, and the way the storyline is so well orchestrated. I just can’t say enough how much I love anything this author puts out. But this one, this is special. I was deeply connected and locked in completely.

I have enjoyed this series. Only meaning to read Nero, of course I got sucked in. Val got on my nerves a bit. A little to whinny for me. Yes, she's had a traumatic life. Yes, her mom was an idiot and a user and abuser. Yes, King and Aspen could have reached out when her mom died. Yes, she could have also explained things to King and asked for help. Yes, Val could have opened up and talked instead of being afraid all the time. We have all been damaged in some way, but at some point you move past it and make a life for yourself. She expected her brother and sister to to be open but she gave them no reason to be. She remained closed off. She got comfortable being neglected, unimportant and overlooked. It was easier for her to think the worst of herself, even with therapy.Dom - I like him. Yes, he was wrong to use, drug, and impregnate her. That was so wrong. Val had every right to be pissed. The toaster with the towel in it that she threw in the shower was priceless. Shame she missed. To Dom's credit he did come clean. He's just as crazy as King. Not quite as certifiable as Nero. Dom is dominant, strong, smart, a tattoo freak, really in love with the f-bomb, and needs anger management. But I like him anyway, my kinda man.The only thing I don't like about series is the story tends to be the same. Different names, low self-esteem women, in this case, plus sized women, or whatever is considered that, and they can't say I love you until the end.It's a good story worth reading.

This series is the most unbelievable and wonderful and absurd thing I’ve ever read. When I think it can’t become crazier, Dom appears to show me otherwise.Dom did desp!cable things to Val. I get it. But he did her so much goodness too. Of course he’s a walking 🚩 that we see pink buuuuut he gave Val everything she craved: love, affection, protection, a family. And his obsess!on for his wife only made things better. 🥵Val and Dom were made for each other 🫶🏻S-action in the first chapters 🔥 with a man that knows how to worship his woman. With lots of “my wife” in it. I mean… ✨ PERFECTION ✨After all the debatable stuff Dom did, Val’s path back to trust Dominic was delicious to read.That’s my favorite book of this series so far. ✨❤️

Oh my goodness I thought Nero was my favourite of the series but Dom has knocked Nero out of the first place spot. This book was everything, funny, sad, spicy and romantic. Dom is the most amazing alpha male character I’ve encounter in a while. He will protect what’s his with all that he is and there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Val belongs to him.My heart literally breaks once we hear Val’s story. It’s so sad and her quirks and insecurities make perfect sense. It humanizes her character so much so that all you want to do is comfort her. And knowing that she has someone as dangerous and protective as Dom at her side makes everything she’s dealt with worth it. Her character, is amazing she is not a damsel in distress she is a force to be reckoned with.While reading I would do a happy dance every so often because the writing is that good. The story is that good and if you haven’t read it. Omg you need to. There’s a basement scene that is absolutely wild. So well done. Thus, read this book immediately!!!!

Okay, it took a long time for me to get over what Dom did, I was just too angry, but I loved I felt so strongly about it. He is a darker shade of morally grey than previous mmcs but I do love red flags. Great story, great character development and amazing all round.

Very good read, kept me hooked! Nice plot with great spicy scenes! Definitely recommend it to people that like mafia storylines!
