Great indoor fire feature! Got as gifts ands people liked them so much, they bought them to give as gifts!

It came early but had no instructions. Was easy to figure out and I am so glad I bought it. Made good, very heavy. Changed dinner and deck from boring to exciting. Makes the atmosphere warm, soft, romantic and peaceful. Cheap to maintain burns with rubbing alcohol, and the iron lid puts fire out immediately, great buy worth every cent!

I do really love the ambience that this product creates in any room. The quality is amazing, I usually do equate the quality of an item with the weight and small details it brings but it would of been nice if the instructions were easier to understand and even better if it included a list of what to use to start the fire working

Beware! This product arrived damaged with 4 chips on the plaster/cement. It was not damaged in shipping as there were no chips found in the packaging/box. Initiated refund process.

I used this for an evening outside with friends, and it was an outstanding addition to our patio table, even in moderately strong wind. On receipt, the glass fiber wool in the fuel bowl was not distributed around the inside of the fuel bowl, and it was a little bit tricky to get it into place, but once in place, I fueled it up, lit it and we enjoyed the big yellow dancing flames for a long time before needing to refuel. The outside of the item was warm to the touch, but not hot. It was easy to extinguish the flame with the included lid. The materials and manufacturing appear to be very good, but careful to not get cut when distributing the glass fiber pad around the inside of the fuel bowl, as there are some sharp edges at the inside top. Overall, I am very happy with this product and am glad to have ordered it. It lit up the faces of me and my guests, and we enjoyed the ambience provided by the flickering flames. Recommended!
