I am so excited about this sugar replacement. In my "research" aka googling, apparently it has a slightly lower glycemic index, but my suprise was how yummy it is. Which could be a bad thing---I eat way more of it than I would sugar, but that's just a personal problem---and I will say that it sates me in such a way that I don't need any other desert. Traditionally, what I do with sugared beverages (like lemonaide or coffee) is leave the drink sour, then dab a spoon into a little sugar and injest a little dab take a sip and so on---I end up consuming far less sugar that way. However, with the coconut sugar, if it gets a little wet and you stir it a bit, it eventually it makes this super yummy paste which is extremely delicious and I definitely eat more of it than I would sugar---because sugar doesn't really taste good all by itself---except for maybe brown sugar, but this still tastes way better. Anyway, it also works in just the normal sugar substitute way while cooking etc. To me, it tastes a little healthier somehow, but I may just be imagining that. No weird digestive problems that stevia and various fake sugars can give you.

This sugar is great for coffee without all the processing white sugar has. Better glycemic numbers as well. Only issue I have is that some bags I receive are as hard as a rock and must be broken up to use.

This sugar is the best coconut sugar. When it was not available one month I had to buy a different brand. I found out how it is even better. It is inexpensive as coconut sugar goes. It doesn't leave a residue at the bottom of my cup and it measures one to one for cane sugar. I use it instead of brown sugar in recipes. I cannot notice a different in taste from cane sugar to coconut sugar. When baking, it works perfectly as a replacement for other sugars.

I love, love, love this! It's a healthy natural substitute for sugar and works well in baking, coffee, tea, anything you put sugar in. I made banana bread using this sugar and it is hands down the best I've ever made! I highly recommend it.

I love this brand and stuff if you looking to try a new sugar definitely try this. I use this in all my doughs even my pizza dough and sauce
