Updated 2/6/24 I received the new diffuser as the seller promised and it has worked perfectly!! Every morning one of the first things I do after making coffee is to turn on the diffuser. It’s small but mighty, within 20 minutes of turning on, the fragrance from the diffuser is throughout my home!! Love this product and highly recommend it!!!Updated 11/16/23 - I contacted the seller by email to inform them of the issue I had with the diffuser. They responded several hours later inquiring about what was wrong with the unit. After several emails back and forth for information regarding the order number and serial number along with what was going on, they agreed there was an issue with the diffuser I received and they were going to replace it. Well the new one arrived today and I’m so excited because I missed using this little and powerful diffuser! I gave it 3 stars and if in a month if it’s still working, I’m going to update my review again and give it the 5 stars it deserves!I bought a diffuser from a different company for my bedroom than saw this one and thought it would be great for my kitchen. I bought it on 9/28/23 and received it the first week of October and really loved it, especially since it came with a variety of essential oils that I bought 2 more as gifts.This morning, 11/13/23, I turned it on and it worked. I went and made my bed and came back to the kitchen and it was off. I cleaned it, nothing! I refilling it with water as per the instructions, nothing! I checked all the connections to the diffuser and wall outlet, nothing!!IT ONLY WORKED FOR A MONTH!! Now I’m worried that the 2 that I bought as gifts are only going to last a month also!! Very disappointed in this product and am now having to scramble to find 2 different gifts as I’m scared to give them these as gifts! I’m known for giving unique and fun gifts and don’t want to ruin that by giving my sisters in laws gifts that will only work for a month!!

This product was a little smaller than I thought, but it actually goes pretty deep so it held as much water as I expected. I am very happy with my purchase thank you and they included oils are amazing.

We chose this Diffuser because it looks nice compared the cheesy white plastic cones, fake wood design or bohemian hippy glass. It works well and is the right size. Bigger is not always better as the 400ml and larger actually create less mist until the fluid levels get lower. I had to take off a Star because the Remote does not work. Voltage tested the battery and even replaced it and nothing. The unit functions but you will lose the "Intermittent" feature. I got an immediate response from ASAKUKI and they compensated me as no Remotes are available to send. So, don't count on the remote in your purchase decision otherwise it is a solid purchase that looks neutral decor sitting out.

1st one I ordered came and didn't work bc there was a cracked in it. They replaced it without any problem at all. I really appreciated that.2nd one arrived mid October and it's already stopped working. I turn it on and it shuts off immediately. I've done the trouble shooting guide and have cleaned it. It's just not working.It's a shame because when it worked, I loved the remote, different levels of mist available, the color choices and everything about it. It even lasted long enough for me to help my breathing through the night. Woke up with a clear head. Just wish it was reliable and worked.Now I'm getting a different machine completely with features I wish it had.

It has a remote that comes with battery. The diffuser itself comes with a cord that has a plug in base which I was happy with as most ppl now are just providing a cord. It pushes out the scent so well and I’ve gotten compliments on my classroom all morning. I want to buy another for my home. Thank you. Fast delivery too.

I have a 400 sqft apartment and put at least 10 drops in and still can’t smell it

Sieht optisch ok aus, hat leider keinen Akku (..wohl mein Fehler..), braucht demzufolge ständig eine Verbindung per USB. Das macht eine freie Aufstellung problematisch. So ist der technische Zustand des Artikels zumindest bei mir. Gott sei Dank funktioniert die FB! Also manuell die Farbe einzustellen, ist zumindest bei dem Teil eine Qual. Farbe eingestellt, geht der Apparat nach 5 Minuten aus. Einschalten per FB und befüllt, funktiontiert das Ganze recht gut. Der verströmte Geruch ist unaufdringlich, es kommt auf die jeweilige Ölmenge an. Also eine individuelle Sache. Beim zweiten Mal finden sich überall vor, hinter und unter dem Gerät kleine Pfützen. Merkwürdig, ich habe eine intensive Untersuchung vorgenommen, finde aber keine sichtbare Undichtigkeit. Eventuell eine Montagsvariante. ;-) Ich beobachte die Sache weiter. Es gibt ja noch die Möglichkeit der Rückgabe.Update 18.01.2024:Heute begann die Elektronik zu kurzzeitig zu kollabieren. Ein munteres An und Aus der LED's über etwa 30 Minuten. Die Folge: Kein Betrieb möglich. Danach herrschte trügerische Ruhe. Der Diffuser machte wieder seine Arbeit. Werde das Ganze weiter beobachten.
