The Standard of the West Since 1879 The story of Justin Boots began in 1879, when H.J. Justin moved to Spanish Fort, Texas to become a boot repairman. He was a quick study, with an eye and talent for boot making. H.J. soon began his own boot company, Justin Boots, which he operated out of his home to serve cowboys passing though town. H.J. saw the potential for his business, so when a railroad was built ten years later in Nocona, Texas, he moved his family there to capitalize on a bigger market. In 1908, Justin Boots became a true family company when his sons, Earl and Avis, came to work for their father. Their combined efforts pushed the company forward, and just two years later, Justin Boots had doubled its production and was being sold in 26 states as well as Mexico, Canada, and Cuba. Seven years after their fathers death in 1918, his sons moved the company headquarters to Fort Worth where it still operates today.

Justin Work Boots
These boots are perfect. I've had many pairs of Justin boots for work around the ranch. They're not for show...made for work. I ordered 1/2 size larger, and they provide enough room for thick socks, or an extra pair of socks for extra padding, or warmth. I have high insteps/arches and usually boots sized to fit like shoes are difficult to pull on (but, I use plastic bags to make that easier). I'll order more when these are starting to wear out.

Size
They fit perfect. Easy to put on. I usually buy work boots a size 10 and they fit a little big. These size 10 fit perfect, like I had them custom made. If your size fits tight you may want to order a 1/2 size larger. Leather boots also are known to stretch with wear.

good boot. American made
The boots fit, feel, and look good. The reason they are not 5 star for me is they are hard to get on. They will probably get easier as I wear them.

Good comfort.
The fit is very well, did not give them five stars due to the finish of the leather on the outside of the boot.

He is picky like a teenage girl
Bought for my teenager for Christmas. He is picky like a teenage girl. Didn't like the softness of the leather shaft. My husband took them and has been wearing them. He reports they are comfortable but says " they aren't the best fitting boot I've ever worn, you know how some boots you put on just fit great, thesed don't but they're ok" He wears them every day, all day... so I'm gonna say they are pretty good. I got them on sale for less than $70. MADE IN USA, sells me almost every time, it's harder and harder to find. They look good w/ jeans. So price, quality, look and made in usa I'd give 5 stars but per husband comments I'm going with 4.

Look and fit good.
These Justin work boots are just what they are supposed to be. They look and fit good. I have had Justin boots in the past and have been very happy. I will know in about a year if these hold up. I work in close contact with cows and their manure, these boots must hold up under extreme use.
