I bought the AC seeing the 5 Star model with customer ratings above 4.The product description says it is low noise. This is utterly false.AC is a noise machine, one can not be at peace with the kind of noise it emits. Even the ACs of 70s and 80s would not have such noise. On complaint the technicians came and said it is normal and nothing can be done. The room becomes so calm the moment the AC is switched off.The AC does not have Ventilation option, which is very strange.The indicator lights on the panel are so sharp that in the night it hits the eyes.The remote is some thing like it would have been 30-40 years back when the remotes for ACs would have been first introduced. It even does not have a display panel and impossible to operate in the dark during nights. So one has to switch on the lights and operate the remote.The AC is calm and better when not working.

The performance of this AC is quite satisfactory. It cools my medium size room quickly and noise levels are average, about the same as more or less any other modern window AC from any good brand. The build quality is good, but the remote has neither a display panel nor backlit keys, which makes it difficult to use at night.Regarding installation, no one from Lloyd got in touch with me for 2 days after the AC had been delivered, so I had to get it installed from one of the local guys. The Lloyd guys did call after 3-4 days but by then it had already been installed.Overall, a very good product at a very reasonable price.

I had to cancel my installation request with Amazon because their service was not in time as per their own given schedule and the behaviour of customer care executive was not satisfactory in order to tackle the issue.

Its a good choice. Efficient cooling, sleek design and energy efficient. Was delivered on time and installed as well. The customer service is nice too.

Since two months I've been using this AC. Since then, it has been doing a great job. It reduces the room's temperature within a short period of time. The best feature of this air conditioner is the minimal noise compare to other air conditioners. Prior to this, I was using a Hitachi Kaze Plus, which made an excessive amount of compressor and blower noise.I'm incredibly happy with the outcome.Installation went without a hitch as well.Thanks Lloyd & Amazon.

This is the very 3rd category ac . When i get the product was broken . Its work like as a factory is running in your room. . Dont waste your money in purchasing in this product. Its very very noisy. The internal settings of the parts was very dismissed. I put many complaints. But their engineers didnt solve the problem of the fan setting in this ac. In my opinion its WORST ac. Its much better to take the cooler rather than takin HAVELLS window ac

working fine, cooling is fast with very less noise( installation should be proper with atleast 3 side screw fixatation, so to minimise vibration and thus noise, and in peoper level).Not sure about energy consumption till now. I have orderd a standard energy meter which is lacking in my setup, after installing the meter i will tell about energy consumption. Delivery in noida is fast got the ac on next day of order. they delivered it on my room at third floor with no lift, without any extra demand for money. Thanks to delivery guys. Packing is in the brand package, which was good.
