Super strong magnets that work great for what I got them for, and the adhesive is working well! We left the adhesive alone to set for a day or so and I think it made a world of difference based on the other reviews I read before purchasing

These things are not the horseshoe-shaped magnets you used to get in the old five and dime stores They are very, very strong. I had a specific problem: trying to locate studs behind a drywall. Those electronic ones at a reasonable price point don't get positive reviews, and I saw some that were magnetic that seemed to do better. Guys on YouTube suggested just dangling a magnet near the wall. I wouldn't want them anywhere close to magnetic digital media I wanted to preserve. Anyway, long story short, I taped a string to one of them and found the studs immediately(technically, locating the nails in the studs). I regret all those hours of fiddling with a so-called stud finder and thumping on the wall. I understand, though, why these thin ones might break if you don't slide them off the stack instead of pulling them up vertically. With some imagination, this quality magnet should have many uses.

They're strong enough to hold a solar light against a steel beam and the sticky strips holding it on works great! It holds great during a rain storm and next weekend we will see if it continues to work in 100 degrees summer sun! I think it will! But as some other reviews have mentioned you gotta be careful because if you throw them back in the case they will break but it's something to be mindful to not throw and place them when you're done.
