Addon C10 MKII Wireless Speaker - Black

Bought this as an Xmas treat after a fair amount of research. Sound quality is superb. Crisp, deep and excellent range. Works faultlessly with airplay and chromecast from iPad and android, Samsung galaxy. I use Evermusic app on the iPad streaming my selected music from a Mac - based server. No glitches whatever. Great product.

Audio semplicemente pessimo.

Brilliant sound from a small speaker.All i can say is wow my bedroom is shake it when i put up the volume.Is much better and sound much clear and louder then Marshall or Klipsick.Audio Pro is the best speakers because i have and Drumfire aswel wich i use it for party.Thank you very much.

The Audio Pro C10 mkii has won a wide range of 'best buy' from the audio magazines.In a perfect location, this speaker is exceptional, though could be warmer and less clinical. However, location is critical. It has a backfiring bass which means that putting it on an enclosed shelf is out of the question; as it introduces weird artefacts that kill the mids, rattle the terrible and echo the bass. So for a multi-room set-up where you want flexibility for speaker location, this is not ideal against other options such as the B&W or Sonos.Set-up requires Google Home and the Audio Pro app (boo!). I found it pretty straightforward to add the device to a room and get WiFi connected. However, if you want to use with Apple AirPlay, it took over an hour of adding and removing for it to finally show up in devices on iPhones and MacOS. I am a technical person, and found this frustrating, with zero troubleshooting from Audio Pro beyond "Yes, you can use this speaker with Apple Airplay. You need to connect it with Google Home, then select from the list in devices under Airplay". Thanks for that.Finally, in terms of form factor, the speaker is not small at 32cm wide. It is also not portable, as it requires mains power Unless you are an audiophile or already have other Audio Pro setup, I would recommend one of the vertical alternatives such as the B&W Flex, Sonos Move or Bose Smart 500... or looking at the wide range of exceptional portable speakers on the market in the £200-400 range.With all that said, it still gets a 4/5 for the quality of the sound, once it is run in (about 40 hours), if it is situated in the right location - though with significant watch-outs on connectivity and flexibility.

I'm a bit of an audio nut - not too extreme, but I like/have good gear and can appreciate high quality, accurate sound (many years ago as a teenager I worked in a high end hi-fi store). I read countless reviews prior to purchasing this speaker - I wanted something that was high quality - not overly bassy, nor something I needed to blast at a party. I've only used this for a few days but am already very impressed - well balanced, good amount of depth, definition/clarity without being harsh. I mostly stream using Airplay2 from my Ipad/SiriusXM/Spotify and the sound is great. The setup was a bit funky - it took a few tries for things to connect and the app would say it wasn't connected yet it was - needs a bit of work but was able to get things running smoothly - but the sound is well worth it! Oh, and the MKII is definitely an improvement over the earlier version - broader soundstage, cleaner bass and overall sound. Definitely kicked it up a notch!
